Free evening drop-in meditation for students and gym members on Tuesdays, from 7:00 - 7:30 p.m. at the Payne Whitney Gym in the beautiful Trophy Room on the second floor.
All students and gym members are welcome to join this free, drop-in meditation session each week. Mindfulness meditation is an evidence-based practice proven to decrease stress and increase sleep quality, mood and performance. Beginner instruction will be offered and then silent practice with time for questions at the end. Drop-in for just a few moments to recharge or attend the entire session.
