Yale Drop-in Meditation on Zoom

Would you like to take a break from the workday to become more grounded, focused, and centered?

Yale Drop-in Meditation sessions are held most Tuesdays 12:15 - 12:45 p.m. during the academic year. 

Meditation sessions are open to Yale University employees. 

If you’d like to join the drop-in meditation sessions via Zoom, please send an email request to beingwell@yale.edu. Please specify your Yale affiliation. Response may take up to 24 - 48 hours. You will then be added to the meditation email listserv which is how the link to join is shared each week.
