Free afternoon group meditation for Yale affiliates held on Zoom and in-person from 12:15 - 12:45 PM EST. Sessions are held each semester, September - mid-December and mid-January - end of May.
Meditations are about 30 minutes long and a mix of guided and silent. Time for reflections and optional sharing is also included at the conclusion of the practice.
*Please note, April 22 session will be Wisdom of Trees meditation for Earth Week (meditation will take place indoors and on Zoom).
Beginners welcome! No experience necessary. No special equipment required. Open to all Yale affiliates. For information on joining in person, please contact danielle.casioppo@yale.edu.
