Being Well at Yale and Yale Health are sponsoring the American Cancer Society’s Freshstart® program which is free for all Yale employees and Yale Health members (non-students) who want to quit smoking.
Participants must be Yale employees or Yale Health members (non-students), attend all sessions and be prepared to stop smoking between the 2nd and 3rd session to benefit from the group support component.
This group based program will give you the tools you need to quit smoking for good! The five-week Freshstart® program will be offered by trained Nurse Health Educators.
