HealthTrails is a holistic lifestyle challenge sponsored by Being Well at Yale!
You’re about to discover amazing trails and learn about captivating attractions all over the world as you practice sustainable habits to improve your overall health. Each time you log an activity you move along the trail. Whether it’s Spain’s French Way or Denmark’s West Coast Trail, you’ll enjoy beautiful images and vivid descriptions of each attraction as if you’re right there! No passport required!
In this 6-week journey through global destinations, your HealthTrails goal is to travel 300+ virtual miles (about 50 miles/week) by recording your daily health behaviors at least five days a week. The daily health behaviors include, at least 30 minutes of physical activity, 5 servings of produce, 7-9 hours of sleep and 10 minutes of meditation.
In this new, more accessible wellness challenge, you can start a team of 4 - 8 people, join an existing team, or go it alone and still complete the challenge because totals are averaged - each team member’s contribution counts.

Dates to remember:
- June 12: Registration opens.
- June 26: Begin recording health habits today.
- July 7: Last day to register and/or form or join a team.
- August 6: Program ends.
- August 8: Last day to log health habits and complete a brief evaluation of your experience.
