This is intended as an interactive series aimed at personal growth and deeper insights. Come prepared to take notes, use your journal, share ideas, and ask questions. Each week builds off the last, so attending as many as possible provides the best experience.
This series is offered by Danielle Casioppo, MS, Education Specialist/Coordinator with Being Well at Yale. Danielle is also a Certified Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice instructor, VIA Institute on Character faculty member, and Certified Mindful Change Coach.
