Free afternoon group meditation for Yale affiliates held on Zoom. Sessions are held during the academic year September through mid-December and mid-January through end of May.
Meditations are a mix of guided and silent. Time for reflections and optional sharing is also included at the conclusion of the practice.
Beginners welcome! No experience necessary. No special equipment required. Open to all Yale affiliates.
Tuesday sessions are led by Danielle Casioppo, Education Specialist and Certified Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice instructor.
*Please note, April 22 will feature an Earth Day-themed meditation led by Elizabeth Rathbun who will be covering for Danielle.
