Begin your day with the gifts of movement, breath and balance. Join Danielle Casioppo, MS, RYT, Education Specialist, Registered Yoga Teacher, for an energizing 30 minute wellness session which focuses on gentle stretching, basic seated and mat-based yoga postures and yogic breathing practices to increase vitality, strength, and joy while balancing the body and mind.
No experience required. Participants should wear clothes suitable for movement. A yoga mat is recommended for Friday floor-work sessions.
