Take a break for Renew Office Yoga to boost happiness, create calm, sharpen focus, and increase energy! Each 30-minute Zoom session in this series includes breath awareness techniques, gentle stretches, seated and standing yoga postures. Learn simple yet effective practices to renew vitality, build strength and flexibility, and restore balance.
These unique sessions are sponsored by Being Well at Yale and the Working Women’s Network and led by Danielle Casioppo, MS, NBC-HWC, Education Specialist and certified yoga instructor with Being Well at Yale.
This series is open to all Yale employees who wish to participate and is suitable for beginners, no experience required.
