Sometimes in life we focus on what’s wrong - problems, struggles, and stressors - and lose sight of what’s good and strong in ourselves and others.
This is an experiential series which focuses on the power of personal character strengths. The purpose is to introduce participants to their unique character strengths in order to live more authentically and better navigate challenges. Learn how best to use them at work and at home, with colleagues, friends and family. Shift your focus from what’s wrong to what’s strong.
This series is presented by Danielle Casioppo, MS, Education Specialist, Certified Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice instructor with Being Well at Yale.
Each 45 minute session of this 4-week series includes new content so being able to attend all sessions as best as possible will enhance the experience.
