Event description:
When we think about less, we tend to focus on what we see. We focus on decluttering and downsizing. We rejoice in clear counters, empty shelves and organized spaces. Yes, all those things help with less but that’s just the surface.
It’s not just material possessions that can weigh us down though. Mental hoarding can be just as consuming and taxing. We live in a state of mental frazzle, information overload and over-reaction. Knowing when enough is enough can help us get off that hamster wheel of chasing more and sharpen our focus on what matters. Join Diane Frankel-Gramelis in finding the joy in less which can lead to peace of mind, happiness, and a more fulfilling life.
