Studies show that meditation changes both the function and structure of the brain in numerous beneficial ways. Join Anne Dutton, certified MBSR instructor and Director of Mindfulness Education at the Yale Stress Center, for a fascinating introduction to the neuroscience of meditation and the powerful implications for health and healing these ancient practices hold for us today.

This online workshop will include lecture, slides, an experiential guided meditation and the opportunity to ask questions.

Open to all Yale affiliates. Registratuion required. Zoom link will be sent to registrants the day before the workshop.
