Mindfulness and Character Strengths mini series is a three week series which introduces the basic fundamentals of living more mindfully while harnessing the power of character strengths. Perfect for those new to mindfulness and/or character strengths.
This series is experiential. Participants will have the opportunity to try brief mindfulness meditation practices as well as learn about their unique strengths. This synergy can then be used to create one’s best life and to better navigate challenges. Shift your focus from what’s wrong to what’s strong.
Join Danielle Casioppo, MS, Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice leader for these enlightening 45 minute sessions, perfect for beginners. Please try to attend all three sessions to get maximum benefit.
