In today’s world, our mental health is challenged daily as stress rises. This could impact our sleep and other daily routines and overall functioning. Join us and learn easy strategies to improve brain health, mood, and resilience in your everyday life during the busy holiday season and beyond. Symptoms of mood disorders and cutting-edge research at Yale Mood Disorders Research Program will also be discussed.
 

Objectives:

  • Describe how regularizing routines can be helpful and improve our functioning.
  • Identify multiple strategies to improve sleep.
  • Learn practical ways to improve routines to combat stress.
