STRETCHES TO RELIEVE STRESS AT WORK CLASS
A series of stretches you can do while you work at home or in the office. Stretches focus on relaxing your neck, shoulders, arms, chest and hips in sitting or standing positions. No floor stretches. Designed for all fitness levels.
INDOOR ENERGY BOOSTING WALK CLASS
A low impact, calorie burning, full body, walking-based workout for small spaces. You just need to be able to take two steps forward/back and side to side and want to rack up those steps! Designed for all fitness levels.
FITSTYLE WALK + ARM TONING CLASS
This fit fun class includes a 15-minute indoor energy boosting walk and a 10-min arm toning workout with a dish towel! Learn some simple moves you can use to tone those arms. Designed for all fitness levels.
