The Story Behind Heidi

Come learn how Heidi was trained by a wonderful non profit organization called Puppies Behind Bars. Heidi’s story gives you a sneak peek on how Heidi and service/ facility dog four-legged friends were raised and trained by incarcerated individuals in prison.

The founder of Puppies Behind Bars, Gloria Gilbert Stoga, and acclaimed war photographer Ashley Gilbertson, will be there. Ashley has captured amazing pictures of the behind scenes training that Heidi and her four-legged friends had to go through to become the amazing service they are today.
