Free, afternoon group meditation for Yale faculty, staff and students, Fridays, 12:15 - 12:45 PM, EST.
During the afternoon meditation, practitioners find a comfortable seated position in a chair. The sessions are guided with periods of silence. Time for silent or shared reflection is available at the conclusion.
Danielle Casioppo of Being Well at Yale, leads the meditation and is available to answer questions before or after.
