Free afternoon group meditation for Yale affiliates held on Zoom from 12:15 - 12:45 PM EST. Sessions run from September through mid-December and mid-January through the end of May.
Meditations are about 30 minutes long and a mix of guided and silent. Time for reflections and optional sharing is also included at the conclusion of the practice.
Beginners welcome! No experience necessary. No special equipment required. Open to all Yale affiliates.
Sessions led by Elizabeth Rathbun, LPC, PsyD., Intuitive Eating Counselor and mindfulness instructor.
