Fitstyle Walk-at-home

Let’s walk together…

Duration: 30-minutes

This Walk15/Walk at Home class is based on the method created by Leslie Sansone. There’ll be music. We’ll cover about 2-miles and you’ll still be in the comfort of your own home!

This is a great midday break and accessible to all fitness levels. 

Registration is required. Login details for the class will be sent to registrants 24-hours before the class is scheduled.
 

Walks are open to all Yale affiliates.
