All sessions held on Zoom, 07:15 - 8:00 AM EST

Begin your day with the gifts of movement, breath and balance. Join Danielle Casioppo, MS, RYT, Education Specialist, Registered Yoga Teacher, for an energizing 45 minute wellness session which focuses on gentle stretching, basic seated/chair and standing yoga postures and yogic breathing practices to increase vitality and joy while balancing the body and mind.

Suitable for all ability levels. No experience required. Participants should wear clothes suitable for movement. A yoga mat or towel is recommended for Fridays floor-work sessions.

Open to all Yale affiliates.
