Celebrate Sustainability Week! Join Yale Health Registered Dietitian, Alisa Scherban, as she shares sustainable, plant-forward cooking tips while preparing one of her favorite seasonal plants-based recipes: Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with Pepitas.
Participants will receive the recipe and shopping list ahead of time in case they want to cook along.
