Event description:

Learn how a Yale emotion scientist collaborated with a tech entrepreneur to create a tool to help you create and achieve it.

Technology is often to blame for its harmful effects on our mental and emotional well-being. Join Marc Brackett, Director of the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence/Professor in the Child Study Center and Ben Silbermann, Co-founder of Pinterest and Yale alum, for an empowering conversation about how technology can be used to help us better understand our emotions. Marc and Ben are passionate about creating a more emotionally healthy world and will discuss the evolution of their award-winning (and free) app, How We Feel, which helps us learn precise words to describe how we feel, spot trends and patterns, and practice strategies to regulate our emotions in healthy ways. This fascinating interview format conversation will be hosted by Director of Being Well at Yale, Lisa Kimmel.

Can’t make it live? Not to worry, this webinar will be recorded and made available to those who register.
