Sometimes in life we focus on what’s wrong - problems, struggles, and stressors - and lose sight of what’s good and strong in ourselves and others. This 45 minute interactive workshop introduces participants to the dynamic power of personal and group character strengths by providing an overview of some of the most impactful and applicable interventions. Participants will have the opportunity to explore their unique character strengths as well as the strengths of the department or group. Learn how to shift your focus from what’s wrong to what’s strong, appreciate what’s best in you and others, and bring more of who you are to what you do every day!
